2-Hour Brain Development Workshop for 1 Child

In Partnership with

A child’s brain continues to grow until they are 16 years old. The brain needs regular exercise to grow healthily. To maximise its potential, children need to master the correct breathing techniques and stimulate their brains as soon as they can. When they breathe with learned techniques, the brain gets stimulated. With more practice, the faster children will learn to control emotions, improve concentration, focus better, enhance memory power, and more. This mindful breathing practice is further enhanced through right and left brain activation coordinating activities that will be taught in this programme.
